90-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects, excluding, normal wear and tear, and scratched lenses.

Limited Warranty
All eyewear products purchased on the www.fieldwornreaders.com are warrantied to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or an exchange within 90 days of the purchase date. We’ll work with you to find eyewear that is right for you or refund your money. Items must be in like-new condition to be accepted for return.

Return Instructions

1. Initiate Your Return
Contact Customer Service @dnielsen1971@gmail.com to initiate a return for refund or exchange (customer must provide reason for exchange).

2. Processing Your Request
If the return is accepted, either a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product or an exchange item will be shipped out, depending on your return preference.

3. Exchange Policy
Customers will be allowed one exchange of equal or lesser value per original item purchased.

4. Processing Time
Allow approximately 10–15 business days for any submitted requests to be processed.
